The College of Technology will be the first of five commencement ceremonies to take place at John Lance Arena starting this afternoon at 2 pm.

Following at 5 pm, graduates of the Kelce College of Business will walk across the stage and get their degrees. They’ll be followed by the College of Education. The department will hold commencement ceremonies at 6:30 am and 8 tonight.

Ceremonies will continue Saturday at 9 am with the College of Arts and Sciences. These are the final commemorations that Pittsburg State President Steve Scott will oversee.

Last July, Scott announced that he would step down from the role at the end of this academic year. Last month the Kansas Board of Regents named Daneil Shipp PSU’s 10th President. He starts this summer.
