According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, healthcare is the fastest-growing sector in the US economy, employing over 18 million Americans. Women make up 80% of work in healthcare.
Those interested in starting a job in healthcare can learn about a wide variety of opportunities from representatives across Freeman Health System from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm tomorrow night at the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts. Both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours are available with interviews on the spot for both clinical and non-clinical positions. Also, entry-level positions start at $15 an hour and training programs are available, that’s in addition to benefits that start on day 1. There is no registration required to attend the job fair.
