The Neosho Arts Council is getting ready to host Art Con 2021. The event is typically held in-person, but the non-profit arts organization decided to have an all-virtual convention this year for safety reasons. The Executive Director of Neosho Arts Council, Sarah Serio, says it was like creating an entirely new convention. Still, she sees a future where Art Con would be hosted both in-person and online.
