Fewer Kansans picked health insurance plans from the federal marketplace this year even though they had more options than ever to pick from. Celia Llopis-Jepsen of the Kansas News Service reports.

The new chief justice of the Kansas Supreme Court wants to make it easier for people to use the legal system.

Charter schools in Missouri say they’re only getting 80 cents on the dollar compared to the traditional districts they compete against. They blame a glitch in education funding law. St. Louis Public Radio’s Ryan Delaney reports.
