An anti-bullying task force recommended Tuesday that the Kansas school board create a team to guide districts creating anti-bullying plans. Stephan Bisaha of the Kansas News Service explains.

The Wichita City Council voted Tuesday to defer a decision on extending term limits for its members, including the mayor.

On Tuesday, the Missouri Supreme Court heard arguments on whether an appropriations bill that cut off funding to Planned Parenthood — but not other Medicaid providers — was unconstitutional.
