The Kansas state pension plan or KPERS has been on a rollercoaster over the last year.

Enrollment for health insurance on the federal marketplace is now underway. This is the second year in a row without a popular type of plan for Kansans. Celia Llopis-Jepsen of the Kansas News Service explains.

A newly-formed Senate committee focused on addressing gun violence  in Missouri, met on Monday for the first time.

A St. Louis Democrat believes that vaping products should get the same treatment as cigarettes.
