A recent report from the Kansas Health Institute estimates that 38,000 Kansas kids don’t have health insurance. Corinne Boyer of the Kansas News Service explains.

Kansas representatives in the U.S. House voted along party lines on a resolution that will allow the impeachment investigation of President Donald Trump to continue.

The Kansas Board of Regents voted Thursday to make Jay Golden the new president at Wichita State University. Golden is currently the vice chancellor of research, economic development and engagement at East Carolina University.

The top administrator at St. Louis’ Planned Parenthood clinic testified Thursday in a final hearing that state health officials grew increasingly hostile in inspections in the last two years. Kawanna Shannon is director of surgical services at the clinic.
