An FBI file shows that former Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach’s voter fraud investigator had no investigative experience when he was hired. Sam Zeff has more from information obtained through a public records request.

Kansas is one of eight states that doesn’t have laws meant to help students with dyslexia in schools, according to the National Center on Improving Literacy.

The former C-E-O of a small hospital in northern Missouri has pleaded guilty to health care fraud.
