Kansas schools are struggling to find teachers. As Stephan Bisaha of the Kansas News Service reports, the state has more than 800 vacant teaching positions.

Kansas state Senator Barbara Bollier is jumping into the already crowded race for the U.S. Senate. Bollier – a retired doctor from Johnson County – was elected to the state legislature as a moderate Republican.
