Topics – A Topeka shelter organization said Friday that it’s working to resettle kids separated from their parents at the border, or reunite them with their families.  The police department in the central Missouri town of Moberly has launched a voluntary autism directory aimed at helping improve officers’ interactions with people on the autism spectrum. On Friday, Mike Parson has signed his first bills into law as Missouri governor.
